College Ball or MLB – Should I Stay or Should I Go?

If you were drafted in the MLB draft last month, congratulations! It had to be exciting to see your name next to the name of a major league baseball club!

We wish the best of luck to those of you who have already decided to sign a contract and begin your professional career.

Many of you still have a decision to make. If you still have college eligibility available, you must make your decision by July 17.

Whether you decide to go to an NCAA or NAIA 4-year school or JUCO it’s very important to keep your options open.

In other words, make sure you have a Plan A and a Plan B!

Cover - MLB or College Ball HandoutWe’ve put together a FREE handout:
College Ball or MLB: What You Should Do if You Decide to Stay in College.

It explains what you should know if:

  •  You decide to attend a four-year college first
  • You decide to attend a two-year college first with plans to draft or transfer on to an NCAA Division I or II university and be immediately eligible for competition.
