Are you a junior college athlete who took summer school classes in order to be eligible at an NCAA school this Fall?

Junior college athletes taking any summer courses in an effort to become eligible this Fall may not be able to get an official transcript in time for the start of the school year at their NCAA school that they’re transferring to, depending upon the ending date of the summer course(s).

In that case, have the Registrar of the junior college send a statement on official college letterhead to the university you’re transferring and include the date that the course officially ended and the grade that you received in the course.  An official transcript will be needed as soon as it’s available, but the note on official letterhead may suffice for “interim” eligibility certification.
